Floral Medley
George Rydings created this beautiful floral medley vase. Several of the flowers have been painted using a special technique where several colors of slip are painted at once.
The resulting effect is an almost opalescent blend of colors on some of the flower petals. The background has been both airbrushed and sponge painted.
This piece was made in October of 1998 and measures 13 1/2" high and 6 3/4" in diameter.
