Indian Lady by Water

This footed pillowvase features a Native American woman dipping water from a stream. This piece was made in January of 1989 by Rose Rydings.

This vase was cast using a red colored clay body. Since the paints used to do the design and background were made from a lower fire slip, the glaze surface is crazed with an unintentional crackle effect.

This vase is 6 3/4" high and 7" wide.
